    I was using my phone last night and while using it, the screen went black and the phone shut off. I've pulled the battery and it won't turn on, I've tried different batteries and nothing happens. I've gotten the red LED light come on a couple times but then it shuts off. What do I do?!
    Please help! Thank you in advance.
    (I am running the 10.3 autoloader)

    One should not pull the battery on BB10 devices unless it's the very last resource.

    Leave it charging for an hour, usually solves the effect. I can't tell what was the cause though.
