    I recently reactivated my 9810. I want to delete my old work email and I need to update my personal email account with an updated password so I can use my device. Setup just tells me "Your device had a problem connecting to the server." Any advice?

    I presume that you have an active BlackBerry data plan on your service. Are you able to browse the internet and download from BlackBerry App World?
