I have noticed over the past few days that I can no longer watch videos on YouTube on my Z10. That goes for the preloaded YouTube app that came with the phone and also the browser itself.

Same goes for example, if I am on a BBM Channel and I click on a link that takes me to YouTube to, for example, watch a movie trailer the video does not load at all and it does not play...and it is not the WiFi connection or any of that, because I can still sign into my YouTube account, I can comment etc. Just not watch the video.

Now, I have FastTube and SuperTube downloaded on my phone, but I would like to know what is going on!

Is the flash player outdated? Is it the software, or that YouTube no longer supports BB10?!

Any feedback would be much appreciated!

Have no idea what's wrong with your phone. I just tried you tube and videos from the web browser and it all works for me. I'm on 10.3.0.1130. Maybe you need to restart your phone? Have you loaded something lately that might be interfering?

Open browser, settings, privacy/security

Click, clear cookies, and clear history

Then maybe do a restart

That might help
But you may loose any saved passwords for websites.

Thanks for the replies. I did a battery pull, but it didn't work. So it's the same issue as before.

Maybe with the pending OS update (10.3) this movie get solved.
