For some unknown reason, YouTube no longer works on my blackberry browser. It loads the page fine, but after clicking on a video, it shows up full on the video time line. Clicking on it doesn't even skip the video. It's all stuck. Help

I just figured that flash has lot's of issues. So by turning it off, You Tube plays using HTML5.

Try turning on airplane mode. Go to browser setting then clear cache and data, then reset search history. Exit browser (pressing the "x"). Then turn off airplane. Go to browser, and try loading page again. See if that works!

I have issues with that on my z30 as well as on my z10. Super tube mostly fixes it and sometimes a soft reboot does. I'll try turning flash off and see if that makes a difference. I have a coworker with a z10 that has the same issue. It's a bit annoying.

Go into the browser settings and make sure Abode Flash is turned on. When you get a BB10 device, it's turned off by default.

Not working on mine too, after yesterday.

Pay attention that in YouTube there's some video in HTML5 and some (few) in Flash.

Otherwise playback doesnt work for nearly all videos unless you switch off desktop mode.

I tried switching on/off flash player, and private navigation but nothing seems to work in "desktop mode".

If you are using desktop mode you have 2 choices

    1) don't use desktop mode. Instead, open the YouTube menu (too left corner on the mobile site) and click desktop

    If that doesn't work
    2) After turning off flash player, go to youtube.com/html5 and ensure you opt in to the html5 player

Still doesn't work in "Desktop Mode" of my Z30.

I believe that if it worked for everybody 'til friday then Google changed some option or maybe it recognizes as "BlackBerry" and chokes it...

Google has code injected to make it not work so users think there is "always issues" with their BlackBerry so they switch platforms

    I had the same issue
What I did was to turn off flash on the browser and allow html5 to be used instead of flash. You Tube videos play without any issue.
