    I've only done so once with the Marvel RJS game and it worked to download via Snap pretty much immediately.

    Are you sure the purchase transaction completed?
    Do you have more than account on Google Play, where website and Snap might be on different accounts?

    Try minimizing Snap and closing it via a long press of the X, instead of just tapping the X as per usual. Wait a minute, then open Snap again. Any difference?
