I turned on BlackBerry Protect on my BBZ10 and just to try it how it works i open the website protect.blackberry.com on my laptop and loged in but it says:

"A device isnt associated with BlackBerry Protect. To add a device to this account, on a device running BlackBerry 10 OS, swipe from the top of the home screen. Tap Settings > Protect. Turn on BlackBerry Protect."

I have turned it on, how to fix this ?

After reading this post I checked my BlackBerry Protect and my z10 vanished from BlackBerry Protect. It was there a month ago when it slipped out of my bag in the car and I found it using protect. It is turned on on z10, I restarted phone with no effect.

Bought BBZ10 "NEW" from ebay, Speaker aren't working, and i found that GPS is not working, so it can't work with BlackBerry protect if no GPS

Log out on website, log in again. Leave for a minute or so. Should come up. It's just slow.

Those of us on t-mo, are suffering through a wifi-calling outage on BBerry 10 series phones only. We have been told this is a t-mo issue (which it may be) but I was also told that t-mo was working in concert w/BBerry to resolve. This also makes sense in that no other wifi-calling capable phones on T-mo are having problems. About the time we lost wifi-calling I and others noticed some or all features of Protect were down. So, something indeed may be up with BBerry.
