    Hi,

    I own a blackberry Z10. There is an issue with the keyboard of my Z10. It no longer remembers the words (other than English) that I usually type. The personalized learning engine doesn't work anymore. Don't know why! Any suggestions?

    How do you know it's not remembering your words?

    It used to predict by showing those words like the English words we usually see...

    Just to clarify to OP, we ask these somewhat mundane questions because that feature doesn't just stop working, the same way your car suddenly doesn't just stops accepting premium oil.
