    My exchange server is allowing me to receive emails periodically but it is not allowing me to send. Instead I get to clock icon or this green icon which I have no ideas what it means. Can any one help?

    The green icon with the pen means that those are drafts.

    The red icon means it didn't go through I'm assuming as I've never had one of those before.
