Deutsche Telekom AG (DTE ?-1.04% 11.39) is willing to negotiate a sale of its T-Mobile US Inc. (TMUS ?+4.16% 30.66) unit, the fourth-largest wireless carrier in the U.S., if an offer values the business at $35 a share or more, according to a person with knowledge of the matter. The stock jumped.

The Iliad offer was $33/share. Sprint's was $40. The offers were not 33 or 40 billion lol

Back on topic. I read on TMONews that Iliad is trying to rope in Google and Microsoft. Assuming this venture even happens and gets past regulatory approval, if Google buys in, I'm out.
