Yesterday on the front page of CB it was posted that AT&T is finally rolling out an update. I have the Z10 and have not received any notice. I was wondering if anyone has been able to do the update?

It is par for AT&T to finally release something when 10.3 is being played with by many. I would expect 10.3 to be released by AT&T some time mid 2015. They have to test and test and still when they finally release it has bugs.

I'm on it right now; just got through installing about an hour ago. I hadn't received any notification. When I saw the post on CB I went into settings and checked for updates. It took a little longer to check than I thought it should, but did come back with the update, downloaded and installed.

And keep in mind, lots of talk about 10.3 because of LEAKS. 10.3 has not been officially released yet so no carrier is going to push it.

Finally got the notice and am updating now. No I don't expect AT&T to have 10.3 yet. I would desired that they released the updates at the same time the rest of the world releases. They always are weeks to months behind the other major carriers of the world. Even third world countries have the release available before AT&T.

Updated last night after I saw the CrackBerry post. My Z10 is ATT unlocked with a TMOBILE sim.

i checked several times and nothing, I rebooted and then it was there. So maybe try rebooting.

Reboot totally does it lol, I checked this morning after the cb post, nothing. Then around lunch time I had to reboot(swapped out battery) and 5 minutes later got the notification about it, but I can't download just yet because of no Wi-Fi at work

I received the update on my AT&T branded Q10 today but only after connecting to BB Link. It did not show up when checking for software updates OTA. But this at least means the update is meant for both the AT&T Q10 and Z10.

I am running a unlocked Q10 on AT&T and haven't received the update yet. I believe they send it out in batches so it may a few days to get it.

I was able to update this morning(NYC). Everything seems to be a little snappier. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I thought 10.3 was for the Passport and Classic and that the Q's and Z's would not be getting it and instead getting 10.3.1 after? So I'm not holding my breath for AT&T to release it. And if I'm wrong, there's always Sachesi!

I just finished downloading the .3014 update. I did it on my phone without connecting it my computer. I've did a hard reset already, but my text messages are not even showing up. The screen says there are "no posts" to show. Wtf? But when I search for a contact I recently texted...it'll pull up the texts, but when I back out and just click my "texts" icon...completely blank. So stupid. I don't understand why it's doing this.

Weird. Only unusual behavior I got from mine was a temporary loss of names associated with numbers, so that my hub showed just phone numbers instead of contact names. It did this on the last official update from AT&T too so I wasn't surprised. After it "settled" a while they all came back except for inexplicably, two of my speed dials had to be deleted and re-done before the name would appear instead of the number.

Oh, and I got two voice mail notifications although I had no voice mail waiting. Heard the alert, saw the notifications, then they were gone...this was shortly after rebooting after install.

Been working fine since, calls, txt, email, and a little web browsing, haven't done much else.

I already updated it, pretty cool update! Reset your phone by taking your battery out and you should see the notification of the new update!
