    I'm on Verizon and call waiting is included in my plan. I can't swap calls. If I'm on a call and a new one comes in I can accept it, but I can't switch between them. The only way to get back to the first call is to hang up on the second one. Then my phone will ring like I'm getting a call and when I answer it it's the first call.

    I've been searching for forum and I haven't found anyone with the same issue.

    Any ideas?

    The problem is on Verizon.
    It may be included in your plan but you still have to call your carrier to set it up!
