    I downloaded and installed the 10.3.0.1052. But nothing changed in my phone. It just restarted several times and nothing more. The os remains the old 10.2.1.3247

    Have you downloaded the correct version of 10.3 for your device? Please check again and make sure you have the correct one downloaded. Then follow the guide in my signature please. Post back if you still have issues!!!

    Yes I downloaded the 10.3.0.1052 for Z10 STL 1

    Did you do non destructive via Sachesi?

    Didn't work for me either. After reboot everything was the same so eventually I installed via autoloader

    Make sure it is a usb 2.0 port and you have to have link installed on the pc too

    Autoloader brings up a dos screen. Starts with connecting to boot Rom. This I where it is waiting for first reboot. Next it starts loading and has a progress bar. Takes about 5-10m to complete. Then dos window closes and device foes through 2nd reboot. Do you see any of this happening? Anything missing from what I described?

    Backup your device with BlackBerry Link
    Perform a security wipe
    Run the autoloader once the security wipe is complete

    Once you have 10.3 running, I suggest rebooting the phone once you pass the "tutorial " part and then trying to connect to BlackBerry Link to load your backup.

    Good luck

    Also, if you don't do the security wipe at least once before installing the autoloader you might run into some big problems.

    Yes, another port worked. Now I am running OS10.3.0.1052. No problems except that there are some lags in the camera application.
