If we look at this stricly, I would says 10.3 is not released yet.

The links provided in the forums are for a fully functional and stable leak... most of us are probably using now.

This is a developer OS and won't be able to do much with your phone!!!

10.3 hasn't been officially released yet. Matter of fact your Z10 will get 10.3.1 and will skip 10.3. This won't happened till maybe November/December!

You need to download it/transfer it to your PC, you can't run the autoloader from your phone.

OP, you don't seem like you know a lot about leaked OS. Before you install one, you have to understand that things can go wrong and you can brick or render your phone unstable. You can also lose your data on your phone.
