    Install the drivers. Plug in the phone and then it should show a BlackBerry icon where your drives are located, double click, it will run a setup, once done it should work fine again

    Another solution:-
    In you blackberry, click System Settings >Storage and Access > set the USB connection to connect to Windows.

    My first BlackBerry Z10 (wall hugger) will soon be replaced by its successor Z20 but now it's hugging BB10.3.0.1052
