    I assume you mean Google Play Services and you're trying to figure out how to use an app like Google Hangouts or YouTube that you've gotten from an Android app store. Unfortunately, for now there is now way to get Google Play services on a non-Android device. Amazon Fire Phone has the same problem. Some apps will still work for whatever reason, but some will not. You might have to find an non-google alternative or do without the app. Sorry
