    Amazon app store not opening in 10.3.0.1052. It crashes on opening.

    Try a couple of hard resets, by holding your power button down until you see the blue loading circle.

    Morning there slff, there was a guy on a thread complaining about his z30. He has AT&T. He is in North Carolina. Can't get LTE. I know that's schist or miss but I'm ok with 4g myself. He did a software update with the SIM card I device and I'm thinking that maybe I need to keep my SIM card out while I do upgrades on mines since it's not an AT&T supported device. He had to go through both AT&T and blackberry to solve issues.

    I've never taken mine out once, but put it in airplane mode when doing an update.

    Tell him to take it off global and put it on the next setting down in network and connections.
