    What happens? What app are you using? Where did you get the videos? Trying using the camera's video function and record one and see if it plays back.

    Since you are using cb10, type

    myver (spacebar)

    And it will provide your phone model and OS version.

    Same happened on my wife's z30. I re booted and it worked. Did u just update and app?

    I'm using YouTube and it's hard to play video, but I will try to record video now with the camera and see if it will play, thank you for the advice
