Basically the title sums it up. I seem unable to restore my backup onto 10.3. If i flash 10.2.2 it takes the backup just fine. Any thoughts/suggestions to get it going?

I'm going to try again just now, but I'm not hopeful.

I'm using link, and trying to do a full (not selective) backup.

I am having the same issue. I did a back up on both my mac and windows.
Link on win8 won't recognize my phone. My mac does, and I can select the back up I want to restore from, progress bar comes up, then disappears.

Try selective without the system applications.

I finally found out how to figure out, when you connect your baby onto the PC you will have a blend pop-up on the BlackBerry, so do not close it. Go on the PC you will see on the a windows of blend with the famous BlackBerry Passport on it click on install drivers only. Then your BlackBerry will be recognized after installing the new drivers

I finally found out how to figure out, when you connect your baby onto the PC you will have a blend pop-up on the BlackBerry, so do not close it. Go on the PC you will see on the a windows of blend with the famous BlackBerry Passport on it click on install drivers only. Then your BlackBerry will be recognized after installing the new drivers

OK, I got it to work on windows. What I did was go into Settings on the phone, the Storage and Access, then change the USB Connection option to Windows.

I now have my backup restored!

I did not try this on the Mac side bit it's worth a shot to the others having difficulty.
