Why doesn't the BB10 Dropbox app have an instant photo/video upload like the OneDrive app?

BlackBerry built the app. Now, is this functionality not something Dropbox allows on other platforms? I know Box and OneDrive have it. Both of those were also built by BB. I'm just trying to get to the bottom of this.

I looked it up, and apparently auto photo upload is a thing that Dropbox employs on other platforms.

yeah, dropbox provides this functionality on other platforms like ios, android. but this app/addon to file manager, build by blackberry itself, so for some reason they decided not to add auto-sync into it.

this is not official forum, and i dont think that somebody can give you real answer.

Nevermind, I just installed 10.3 and Dropbox sync now has photo/video upload.

OneDrive photo synch is flaky. Half of the photos don't synch. Not happy about this. :-(
