In India I got to know from some stores that Legendary Q10 is about to discontinued and Z10 is already.

Currently is it a wise decision to grab Q10 as I've already asked the benefits of having Q10 ?

I would guess that the classic will be replacing the q10 on the production line. Using. Z10 now and can't wait for my screen to repair my Q

Apparently z10 and q10 have stopped production soon to be replaced by Z20 and Classic. That's just rumors and I don't believe it

Even I think Q10 will be discontinued. The Z10 went out of stock and never came back after its price slashed. The price they are selling at appears to me as a stock clearance. However can't confirm as of now but at that price it's a hell of a deal !!

All phones get discontinued. The support will still be there, but eventually everything gets replaced by something new. If you're being told this to buy something else, then you're being spun a story by the salesman looking for commission. Stick with BlackBerry. The minute you buy a device it is no longer new. How long are you willing to wait for a new phone? The Q10 is a great device. Being nearly 18 months old there is bound to be something better on the market. Passport and Classic are coming up. If you can wait for them, wait for them. If you can't, get a Q10 and don't look back.

Considering BlackBerry still sells 2011's Bold 9900 online, it could be awhile before they stop selling the Q10 directly.

It will get the update to 10.3.1 this fall (or winter ).

Even if it will no longer be in production it will continue to get the support from BlackBerry.

Both the Q10 and the Z10 have been out of production for some time. I heard from one source that neither one has been manufactured since the summer of 2013. Note that some units DO show newer dates on packaging, but that can be explained by devices that were re-flashed with newer firmware and repackaged.

The Q10 is being replaced by the Classic. The Z10 is likely being replaced by some form of the Z3 LTE.
