    Whenever I try to sync my Z10 with my PC I get a "sync was unsuccessful" response.

    1) Backup works fine
    2) I've uninstalled and re-installed BB Link maybe 4 times, two different PC's
    3) BB Link collects information, compares data with device and PC, matches records, prepares the sync preview, pauses for a couple of minutes or more, converts data, "following records will be deleted, updates address book and then calendar, writes data to the device, but in the end it fails.
    4) Link appears to go through the entire process (5-6 minutes?)

    all I can think of is going through your calendar and contact entries and seeing if something looks oddball. And "oddball" could possibly be anything!

    It turns out that just after I sent the previous message, it worked. But now it doesn't .

    Unfortunately, that can be the way LINK works or NOT! Some folks find the connection can be more reliable if they turn off wifi on the phone. No idea why!
