    All through yesterday, the BlackBerry World app has refused to open. And now, I can't update the CB app. I use the Z30.
    Any solution will be most appreciated. Thanks.

    Did you reboot the Z30? You can also try the hard reset, hold down the vol up/dn buttons until you see the boot screen. Soft reset you hold the power/lock screen button until boot screen.
    And you can also delete the BB world app and reload it.

    I just rebooted and I'm still getting the same information. It's not working.
