    I and a coworker have both been having issues with YouTube videos whether from a website super tube or you tube itself not loading on 4g. Wifi they work fine. Seems that Web sites don't load well if at all on the browser either. I have a z30 she has a z10. Is this an issue I need to take up with BlackBerry or Verizon?

    Just checked my Z10 using the native, shortcut to the mobile site. And it seems to work fine.

    You'll need to call Verizon first anyway before getting anywhere with BlackBerry. If Verizon can't solve the issue, they'll bump you to BlackBerry with and claim number (or something like that).

    I just ran up Youtube on my Z30 (STA100-3), and I am on VZW and had no issues. Video loaded and ran, on wifi and just on 4g.

    Hard reset on your phones?
