Hello guys!
I've been using 9900,z10 and now z30 but recently decided to go q10 but not sure about it! Z30 is brilliant and performance and battery life is great! Other side is I love physical keyboard too!
I've heard there is some problems running apps on square display is that right? How is battery life compared to z30?
I'm waiting for your suggestions!

I don't think you'll enjoy the screen estate of the Q10 after the Z30. If you want a physical keypad, why not wait for the Passport?

See this topic for exactly the same question coming from a Z10 http://forums.crackberry.com/showthread.php?t=952809. Battery life will not be an advantage since you already have that.

Most apps will run, it's the game section that's behind the all touch devices.

The fact that the passport is also square screened may boost development.

I am going to give the Z30 a try. I don't know how I will live without my keyboard.

I'm so happy with the virtual BB10 keyboard that I don't think I will ever intentionally get a QWERTY device. I would love to try the Passport just because, but I love my Z30!

Double typing does occur in some cases. Mine doesn't do it and it one of the earliest builds. It's a bit of hit and miss as far as I know. Replacing the keyboard is relatively easy to do and isn't really expensive.

Just ordered a Z30 and I already have a Q10! So excited to be waiting for a Z30.

One factor you are missing out is the Paratek antenna in the Z30. You might experience reduced signal strength because of the inferior antenna in the Q10.

That's a big difference in my opinionn, but it's your choice you will be loosing a lot of screen real-estate.

If you are a power user who lives for communication being either email or a power social user then qwerty. If not then Z30 for sure. The questions beyond this is should you Q10 or Passport. The answer is simple. How much money do you have?

I had a Q10 and I did not have the doubling typing issue. It was a great device but I found it just too small on the screen size. If all you're doing is emailing and texting then you'd probably be more than fine with it. However I got my Z30 on Monday and I can tell you that I would not be able to go back to a Q10 as my primary device. I can honestly type just as fast on the virtual keyboard as I can on the physical one.

I thought about this as well and I really would need to see the Passport in person. I know coming from using a Q10 and now using a Z30 that I can't go back the Q10 because of the small scree... possible the Classic but not Q10.

That's what I did. Enjoyed the screen realestate of the Z30 for a few months but eventually touch typing got the better of me and I had to switch. Don't regret it for one minute. I'll use my tablet for multimedia.

That's a big difference in size I would stay with Z30 it also has a great keyboard but if a physical keyboard is your thing the Q10 at this time is the way to go!
