I am using z10, now suddenly none of app is opening up. Can any body help? I tried restart many time. Including battery pullout.

Do you see the app opening animation or do you press an icon and nothing happens? Are you on an official OS?

I see app opening animation. But nothing happen then. I am on official BlackBerry OS 10.2.1.2977.

Although i had done the reload with autoloader. But i want to know the reason. Is there any Virus activity or any memory error?? I guess expert team can answer.

"Expert team", this is a peer to peer forum. The experts get paid when you call BlackBerry and pay them to trouble shoot your issues.
