My swipe down function for quick settings is not working..any others with this issue? Tried reboot and battery pull, still won't allow function...any suggestions?

Have you tried tapping the screen at the top to see if it rolls out the Quick Settings?

Yes tried tapping, still won't bring down quick setting menu...the swipe down function works within other apps, so I know it's not the screen...but while on " home " screen, it won't bring it down

Is there a chance all your quick settings have some how been unchecked. If you do there would be no settings to swipe down. Just a thought.

Just check in other apps if its working fine... else do an OS reload... that must help!

Are you phone and camera icons still available. I know those can disappear if Parental Controls is enabled. Might it also affect Quick Settings?

Looks like a OS reload...unable to find anything regarding the issue....wont let me pull down from the top bezel within BlackBerry world to enter codes ect...or take it to my service provider as it's still under warranty
