Ask anyone you want; no track pad for the Passport. You want the Classic.

Well, I guess you have a decision to make.

Buy a Passport: 4.5" display, but no trackpad. Keyboard is touch sensitive and works like a trackpad, though.

Buy a Classic: 3.5" display, trackpad.

Stick with your 9900: 2.8" display, trackpad.

We seen pictures and even demos of the Passport and there is no track pad for sure. The Classic is the only one getting a trackpad.

The Classic screen, at 3.5", is 0.7" larger than the 9900's. If you want a larger 4.5" screen, you'll need to go with the Passport, which has a keyboard that functions similarly to the 9900's trackpad.

You're thinking about the Passport Classic which will probably be introduced in early 2017. It will have the exact same specs as the Passport but it will include a toolbelt brought back by popular demand from BlackBerry users.

LOL... if only this wasn't actually quite likely how it will play out...although, I've heard it will also come with a shift key!

The not so funny part is the shift key would actually be an upgrade to the Passport, the toolbelt would not.

I went from a 9930 to the Q10 and the screen looked MASSIVE to me. So going from a 9900 to the Classic will be even more impressive.
