    After updating my bb z10, I had only one page of apps on my menu.

    Can you list out which OS version you updated from and what your current OS version is?

    Some things you could try:
    1) See if it made some folders and put some apps in there automatically (happened to me before but only a few apps).

    2) Restart your phone to see if that refreshes it

    3) Hard reset by holding the volume up/down and mute keys (all 3 keys on the side) until the BlackBerry logo appeared
