I just noticed that,z10 is brand new stl-100-2 and software is latest 10.2.1.2977

When i take a pics in the camera mode i can see pic in left lower corner and i can share or send or whatever,but when i exit camera and enter bb gallery pics are not there? What to do???

It's a bug some people experience. If you navigate to the Camera folder using the File Explorer app, you should find them all there.

I once experienced that myself. But I hoped it was saving pictures so I continued to use camera. I didn't reset my phone at that time and after 10 or so minutes all the pictures appeared. I was lucky to capture all the beautiful shots.

I sent my phone in for repair and when it came back and was wiped clean and when I would take pictures they couldn't be found. But after a day they went to where they were supposed to be

I am getting this issue too! Just started a few months ago (I think it may have started after the last minor OS uograde).

Really annoying and dissapointing.

I think I tracked the issue down to a discrepancy between the current time, and what the photo app THINKS the current time is. The photo app thinks the current time is in the past.

If you
1. Go into settingz
2. set your phone to update the date and time manually.
3. Exit settings

Then take a new pic and it might be in the photo app. If this works, then you can change your time/date back to "automatic", and it should still work (for a little while at least)

Do the previous ( optional) and then reset by pressing both volume buttons until phone restart with the BlackBerry logo, then release. When boots finish, wait a couple of minutes and open Pictures and wait for it to re-index the media card. It should fix the problems with pictures, music, videos not appearing, among other things.
