HI,

I need some help. I've had my Bold 9900 for almost 3 years now. Recently I've noticed that when I go to delete my emails, it no longer gives me the option to delete from handheld and mail box. The only choices I have are delete and cancel. Strangely, my second email account on my device still has the the three choices: mailbox., handheld, cancel.

I've tried going into the email settings and I don't see an option to make those changes. Aside from deleting my email account and re-synching it, does anyone know how to resolve this?
