Urgent help needed. I upgraded to version 5.1.0.53 that was the latest update. Ever since I did that update my BlackBerry world doesn't launch. I have tried all known remedies. It doesn't give any errors simply it won't launch when tapped on it.
This is a big problem for me as I ccant update any other apps. Point to be noted is that I am using OS version 10.3 on a Q10.

I installed OS 10.3.0.442 on my Z30 STA100-5 and BlackBerry World doesn't even open and block my phone. Any suggestions?
