    Please kindly help me with my blackberry 9860 which was working perfectly before and suddenly it got stocked at exactly 75%. but my problem is that whenever i tried connecting to the desktop manager to reload the OS it disconnect on the way and the whole operation will fail. can some one please help me on how to resolve this ...#URGENT#

    You might try to uniinstall the BBDTM and reinstall it. also, make sure the drivers reinstall happily. Whan os are you running on the pc?
