Hello All,

Ok, I need some help!
I have used corporate Blackberrys for years at work (BES) and want that same experience with my Hotmail accounts but I need access to their sub-folders (not negotiable). I bought a 2nd hand Bold 9900 and contacted my provider today who said that I cannot access Hotmail sub-folders (only my inbox) with BIS. Is this correct... In 2014? If so, the Bold 9900 is dead to me�
I do love the BB experience, so if I cannot sync Hotmail folders on BB7, can it be done on the Q10? I don't want to waste money upgrading if I don't have to, so I am ideally looking for a BB7 fix.

Well there's always the web way of doing it, it's not the best solution, but the BB7 webkit browser SHOULD be able to handle the hotmail web client.



PS: My Z30 (which has the same OS as the Q10) does has the sub folders so yes upgrading would also solve the problem.

well I haven't used my 9900 in a while, so I can't comment, but on the BB10 you can go to settings, then accounts, go to your hotmail and click on edit folder settings. There you can select the folders you want to sync.
