    Hi all,

    A few days ago I received a notification to update the Blackberry World application on my Q10, which I dutifully accepted. However now the update is now permanently showing as "Install Pending" and it's impossible to download or install any other applications. Have tried restarting the device and refreshing the app world, each to no avail.

    Running OS 10.2.1.3175 on a Q10 (SQN100-3) and Blackberry World 5.0.0.168.

    Any advice on how to either cancel the update or push it though?

    A temporary 'fix' is to disable your mobile network and rely solely on WiFi.
