Any one know if BlackBerry plans to release BBM for tablets? Did they announce or plan anything? Downloading the apk for my samsung note pro 12.2 works fine, but of course, it does not automatically update as it is not available for the tablet. Thanks!

That is not right at all. Blend does not make BBM available on any device.

Blend makes your BlackBerry 10 phone's Email, Texts, Calendar, Contacts and BBM available to use on a Windows computer over USB or Bluetooth.

It can also make the contents of a BES10 Secure Workspace on an Apple iOS or Android phone or tablet available on a Windows computer in the same way.

You can think of it as being similar to Bridge between a BlackBerry phone and a PlayBook but the Windows computer takes the place of the PlayBook.
