    I need some help with my Z3. It is a beautiful shiny thing but somehow it is also bugging me no ends. Please help.

    1. Wifi problem: It does not automatically detect Wi-Fi signals and the tab remains off. I have to turn it on manually every time I want to use Wifi. Though once turned on, it works fine, but if I move out of the zone, then upon coming back, I have to do the whole procedure again. It is pinned on to my dropdown quick settings menu.

    2. Cannot download any app. Not even the native ones. There is always an error while installing them.

    3. Sometimes it gives message 'Hotspot use not allowed in your country'. In this case, I have to turn the phone off and turn it on again, to use it as a hotspot.

    Does my phone hate me? How can I stop it from doing so?

    Try a battery pull or a hard reset before doing anything drastic like a security wipe.

    The a hard reset by holding your phone a volume buttons(without the mute key)till the BlackBerry BLUE logo pops up!

    Restart the phone and do a battery pull, if all these don't work, then open up BlackBerry link and reload os

    I had the same problem with my Z10 and I resolved it by security wiping my phone. Most likely an OS issue. So try doing a hard reset first and then a reload of the OS. If that does not work... do a security wipe.

    and yeah... the phone does not hate you...

    Hard reset requires holding down volume up + down and power button at the same time.
