I just noticed that I can't bring up the camera app if my Z10 STL100-3, (10.2.1.3253) is locked. I have picture password enabled. The camera icon doesn't work until I unlock the phone. Is this the way it is or a bug? Anyone have this issue?

I just PRESSED/HOLD on the camera and it opened while locked. There was a warning - UNlock to see video/pics.

F2- that works! Only problem is that sometimes the wake up yields the picture password right away. Then I have to cancel and tehn hold the camera icon down. I never know what screen will show up when I waker up the phone- the lock screen or the picture password.

Yup, that's exactly what happened to me. I think you need to only swipe up a bit to reveal the lock screen otherwise you do get the Picture Password screen.
