    What is the latest att software version? What is the disadvantage of using it as opposed to a Rogers latest version? for Z10

    Latest ATT os is 10.2.1.2273. So far this is the first acceptable os from att for me although they have only had like 3 official os's. I'm not sure on the differences between att and rogers, Probably just some bug fixes and carrier specific stuff.

    You probably have a factory unlocked phone. Those will get the latest BlackBerry released OS bypassing what AT&T wants on their locked phones.

    The latest one I got from AT&T is .2179 on my Q10. That works fine.
    I have an unlocked Z10 on .2977 with an AT&T SIM. I'm having a problem with this one. Have reloaded it 3 times after wiping it. I have been in contact with BB tech about it. I cannot change settings on the contacts app. It wants to stay white with first names first. I want dark theme with last names first. It keeps arguing with me

    Same with me! Is there any way I can revert the phone to 2179? The 2977 has huge lag and text messages are all screwed up.
