Hello all!

Sadly, after only 11 months of usage, the battery of my Q5 is going to dead! The handy is able to survive only for half a day without charging (with almost standby usage!).
Since I have a 2 years warranty, I want to get the battery replaced.

I bought my handy in Italy while now I live in Munich. Do you know if there is any official service center or which is the process to follow to get the phone under warranty repaired?

You can also try any random phone repair shop. There should be several in munich. As for official repair centers, I don't think any exist in Germany. There is also an official licensed online repair company, however I forgot their name.

I'm just not sure if any of the normal phone repair centers have the parts and know how to repair a Q10 (before I let someone under time pressure and with little to no interest to do it "good" repair my phone I will do it myself). If there is a decent priced shop that does a good job and knows how to do it in munich I would like to know about it because I dropped my Q10 last weekend (from pocket height) and of course the screen is broken now..

Btw does anyone know if I have to be careful when buying a new screen on ebay to not get a fake or anything? There are several for 20-25? and I wonder if they are original and working..
