I have d latest available OS v10.2.1.2977 on my Z10.
Android apps that I have installed in my phone seem to fail as they can't access the memory. Can't even toggle the permission setting to ON for these apps.
I have tried Tubemate, Amazon appstore, PicsArt, AppSharer, Line messenger, downloads via UC browser and Opera; but nothing seems to work.
Help me out please

All of them only gets installed, but wouldn't work desirably!
Having no access to memory, Amazon appstore wouldn't download apps, Tubemate wouldn't download youtube videos, AppSharer wouldn't share apps on your phone...!!

i often get "errors" however I simply ignore them and they go away, and i seem to find with every update, the state of the individual applications seems to be more stable

Hey a security wipe solved my problems. All android apps run on my phone now.
Suggest you to try it too, after necessary backups
