    Random Question,
    When you DL an Android Launcher (from places like Snap/Aptoide) you can then play arround with the Android Settings
    What I'm Curious about is the Developer Mode Setting... Should it be on or off? any difference in behavior? performance?

    Anything before 10.2.1 you had to have it on to sideload apks. After 10.2.1 it does not matter anymore. As said above on or off all the same as long as you are on a 10.2.1 version of the os.
