Hey guys... my z10's ear speaker stopped working! Then it got fixed... now it's not working again... what am I to do? :/ thanks in advance

What were you doing with the phone when it started working again? Sounds like a hardware issue since it keeps popping in and out. You might need to replace it. Have you contacted your seller?

Get the virtual expert app from bbw and run a diagnostics.

Nothing. It just started working again... I run the BBVE and it did show that there's a problem. but when the problem first occurred it showed no problems...

Well if you call provider and you get escalated to BlackBerry then they will want the diagnostic results. And most likely logs and then possibly do a reload of OS before honoring a warranty replacement.

Had the same problem managed to get metal dust in there, it didn't go completely off maybe just 5% of the original volume, if this is the case a physical clean out of the earpiece speaker could solve the problem

I had to replace mine in my Z10. Did it myself. I have some extra earphone speakers if you are interested. Have also seen them on ebay.

It has completely gone off... I went to a local store to see if they can get it fixed and they told me they can't even try because there is no BlackBerry service in Greece and I have to send it abroad... damn! :/ I'll have to send it since I can't replace the speaker myself...
