Hi guys i was very much passion about blackberry phones and i brought one Z10 phone in india, ( phone is from Canadian) , also i am new to use the Z10 devise, i have updated my z10 to 10.3.0.700 software but when the phone was restored , phone is not showing the GALLERY , NOTPAD, MUSICPLAYER, MS OFFICE , AND SOME OTHER applications icons, more ever viber is not working, and i tried to upload a profile picture on whatsup but its not allowing too, please give me some advice to regain those missing apps.

10.3.0.700 is not a complete OS.
Since you are new to BB10, I will advice you update to 10.2.1.3253
You will find that here

What are you doing on a leaked OS if you don't know what your doing... ? Go back to official 10.2.1, install amazon app store and Snap( look at the guides all over crackberry)

Install BBLink. Attach usb cord. Accept the option to reload the OS. BACKUP your data first.
