I hope you get an answer although the very generic "help, help, help" does not HELP folks who might be able to answer zero in on your problem.

Also, this might be a question for the Apps subforum.

Try the below:
1) In WhatsApp settings (pull down screen when in WhatsApp), go to Media Settings and select 'Device' or 'Media Card'.
2) In Application Permissions (Settings -> Security and Privacy -> Application Permissions), make sure WhatsApp has FULL permission.
3) Uninstall and Reinstall...
