I sadly dropped my beloved Z10 down a stone staircase. I cracked the screen, will DIY replace the screen later so I have a spare phone, and got a fresh Z10 to reload. I used Blackberry Link to transfer over the data. Pics, etc., moved over fine. So did iCloud. But Yahoo mail didn't -- it gives that message "Your login info has changed or is incorrect. Update your login info and try again."

My login is correct in there. I even changed it using my Macbook and then matched it in the Z10. Nope. I tried adding my normally unused gmail account. Yes, no problem.

Ideas? I'd love to punt Yahoo because it is SO buggy and runs poorly on my Mac, but I have too much history to swap now.

Also, I tried deleting, rebooting phone, reloading, shutting off wifi, etc. Nothing has worked.

Maybe a glitch on their end. Try again tomorrow. Did you check advanced Settings? Maybe there's something there that you can tweak.

Yes, had to go through advanced. I also couldn't connect contacts. I've noticed something over the last decade or so.... Yahoo blows.

Yahoo is my least used email. I've got a free one and never could use pop3 (or whatever) via my email program. Maybe that has changed but I've never checked again.

yahoo contacts and calendar stopped syncing for me so I had to transfer that to outlook.

try using the imap servers for yahoo as that is how i have mine connected with no problems.

Yahoo added another level of security so you might have to add an application specific password and use that. This is what I had to do.

Yahoo mail & calendar has been becoming more flaky as of late. Just Sayin'!

You have to go in your yahoo settings via your Web browser and allow the permission or something if I can remember
