Hi, purchased app for my Z30. Is it possible to add it to my Z10 without buying it again?

Your BlackBerry ID is your BlackBerry account.

Any App purchased from BlackBerry World is tied to your BlackBerry ID.

If you are using your Z30 & Z10 at the same time. You will have one BBID for the Z30 and one BBID for the Z10.

If you are changing devices. Put your BBID from the Z30 in the Z10 and the Purchased Apps will be available.

If you have created a new BBID for the Z10 then you will have to repurchase the Apps.

Sign in with the same BBID. Your app store purchases will be listed if they are compatible.

Exactly. No reason to have two BBIDs. I use a Q5 and a Z30 on the same BBID, and share all apps. Only BBM can't work on both phones at the same time.

the Z10 has a different BB ID, but when I put my Z30 BB ID into the Z10, it won't accept it.

    I guess I'm screwed, right?

No that shouldn't happen. Once you set up the correct information it will work. You should get a message saying that another device is using the ID and an option to switch. You can accept, download the app you want and switch back to the other device using same process.

You can't change your BBID for a used one if you already entered a different one on first start. The only way to switch your BBID to install all apps and stuff as on your Z30 is to wipe your Z10, and enter the same BBID as your Z30 on first start.

This is to prevent someone from installing all apps on different phones when they are already in use. All this in mentioned in the popup window opening when you try to change your BBID in Settings. But if you own both phones, no problems, you just have to start from scratch though. Maybe you could try to save and restore via BlackBerry Link, just do not save settings, only Apps and Media. And even then, I think there's a BBID check on these saves, so I'm not sure this will work.
