    I get this error recently in whatsapp. I can't download any pic that I receive.... this is weird... what shall I do?

    Please use the in-app "Contact Support" feature to tell us about these issues immediately when you see errors like that.

    I did what you told me and nothing happened.... I can't receive anything via whatsapp...

    Try NOT to open a new thread for the same issue. I've replied you on your other thread. Try both those methods.

    I was able to find your support ticket in our system.

    This is very clearly a problem with your phone's network connection. If your phone is on WiFi, then please try connecting to either a different WiFi network or the cellular network. Likewise, if you have issues on cellular, then try WiFi.

    Family at the same WIFI connection and they receive and send Pix and videos without any problems, and there is a blackberry among them!!!!

    The problem is with WHATSAPP... please try to fix it... that's why Whatsapp got 3 stars only...
