I have a Z10 running a leaked OS, how can I go back to the last official OS?
I researched but didn't found anything...
    Thanks for any help!

Either using BlackBerry link or use the autoloader with same version on official release

Much easier way that can be done on the web:

Go to BlackBerry 10 Software Updates - New Update Software for BlackBerry Smartphones - US. About halfway down the page you will see a dialog box "Check for Updates" - plug your phone in and follow instructions - this should install the latest official software for your Phone/Carrier

Whatever OS you downgrade your device to, after it auto loads and starts up for the first time, please do a secure wipe so any left over 10.3 files are removed otherwise you'll notice quarks and or issues with the downgraded OS.

The same, or another BlackBerry. It wouldn't matter which phone he bought.

Backup your data, use SIC Multiwipe to clean your phone.
Afterwards, you can either connect your phone to BBLink if you have good internet connection and reload your OS using BBLink.
Or, you can download autoloader of any official OS for the phone you are using (many are shared in this forum), connect your phone and run autoloader.

    Feel the difference
