    Hi

I have a Q10 with 2 e-mail accounts; one with Orange and one with my office server.
I can't get attachments on the office account although they all happily turn up on my home account. And that's any attachment from 50kb upwards.
My software guys at work think it's my phone not their server (indeed, I had no problems on the account with my Torch 9800). Have looked through the account settings but can't find anything.

    Any ideas, please?

    Thanks!

PS I am running with Orange / EE on 10.2.1.2977 (they say it's up to date)

I have no clue as to why this happens. Sorry. Hope someone sees this and offer some help. have you tried deleting the email account and re-adding it?

Try changing that email on your pc to send using html or plain text.

Ask the administrator for help to access your office mail on its webserver and go check its settings to see whats really going on. Has happened to me before and thats how i fixed it. Afterwards, Kindly delete the mail account o your blackberry phone and readd it again. Good luck
