    Since I updated my Z30 to 10.2.1.3247. My screenshots are missing. When I take one, it says it is saved to my personal space, but I don't see them anywhere in any picture folder either on device or SD card.
    I don't have balance on this device, before this update and I found screenshots in my regular camera photo folder.

    This is the same issue that my younger sister had with her phone. I hope someone from this forum will answer this one though.
